Duracoat system Service Policy:

  1. Duracoat Systems LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone They so choose.

  2. Duracoat Systems LLC does not participate in quotes, our organization only provides estimates that are subject to change, depending on the severity growth patterns, environment, source, customers, upkeep, and maintenance, moisture sport count, location among others. If Duracoat Systems provides an estimate and the technicians demon necessary to increase the price, based on any of these factors, we reserve the right to do so. The estimate provided should only be considered. The base rate for the services provided, and customer should be aware that the price of our services could increase exponentially without notice, depending on those factors.

  3. You mediation and removal services can only be scheduled when a 50% deposit has been paid in full. If this deposit is waived, it will be added to the grand total at the end of the service provided.

  4. All payments are due immediately upon completion of the services provided. After 11. 50 9 PM on the night of the scheduled service appointment, all due accounts must be paid in full.

  5. if the rate is not paid in full by 11:59pm on the day of the service appointment a $500 late fee will be added to the total amount due. This is nonnegotiable nor is it waivable. Customer should ensure they have funds to have services provided on the day of the appointment.

  6. All appointments must be canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  7. If the appointment is canceled within the 24 hour period, the 50% deposit is forfeited, regardless of circumstance.

  8. Any appointment scheduled with Duracoat Systems LLC is on a window basis. The technician has 60 minutes from the time schedule to arrive.

  9. Any balance not paid within 1 hour of the appointments completion in conjunction with no communication from the customer will result in criminal charges for theft. Once arrested, the customer will still be responsible for the rate of the service provided in any additional fees imposed by Duracoat Systems LLC.

  10. If the technician has to return to inspect progress, vacuum, wipe something down or redo a step in the process, this will not extend the time allowed for the customer to pay the balance on their account.

  11. Well, Duracoat Systems LLC guarantees it’s work. This does not mean that dissatisfaction allows for nonpayment. Regardless of opinion or satisfaction, all rates imposed by Duracoat Systems LLC must be paid in full within one hour of the technicians completion of service.

  12. All cells are final there are no refunds this is non-negotiable nor is it waivable.
